DigitalWise was a European Youth Together project focused on digital inclusion, social participation and the use of digital tools in youth work.
The project connected organizations from four countries and examined how digital technologies could help youth workers reach and support more young people. It paid particular attention to young people facing social, geographical, economic and cultural barriers.
Participants and partner organizations explored inequalities in access to digital devices, online opportunities and digital skills. The project showed that digital inclusion required more than internet access. Young people also needed suitable skills, safe online environments and meaningful opportunities to participate.
DigitalWise helped youth organizations improve their digital youth work and create more inclusive ways for young people to learn, communicate and participate in society.
