Virus on the Job Market was an Erasmus+ youth exchange focused on employment, adaptability, entrepreneurship and personal development after the COVID-19 pandemic.

The project brought together young people from six countries in Gdynia, Poland. Participants took part in workshops, discussions, simulations, teamwork activities and non-formal education sessions.

They explored how the pandemic changed employment, workplace expectations and career opportunities. The programme covered entrepreneurship, freelancing, financial management, self-employment and preparation for changing labour market conditions. Participants also developed negotiation, conflict resolution, public speaking and self-presentation skills.

The project encouraged young people to become more confident, adaptable and prepared for future economic and professional challenges.

Labour market shifts

Improve participants’ knowledge of entrepreneurship, freelancing, financial management and self-employment.
